Exchange, return and refund policy

At Grillage Bolar, we are committed to offering high quality products to our customers. We have therefore established the following policy for exchanges, returns and refunds in order to guarantee transparency and customer satisfaction.

 

1. Exchanges
Exchange deadlines: You can only exchange your stock model products in standard sizes within 30 days from the order invoice date.
Conditions: Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returned items damaged or worn will not be accepted for exchange.
Procedure: To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email at ap@bolar.com or by phone at (450) 435-7385 ext. 222 with your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange. Return shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

 

2. Returns and Refunds
Return deadlines: You can only return your stock model products in standard sizes within 30 days from the order invoice date.
Refund amount: Refunds are limited to 65% of the total invoice amount.
Conditions: Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Items returned damaged or worn will not be accepted for return.
Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at ap@bolar.com or by phone at (450) 435-7385 with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. You will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Return fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund deadlines: The refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

 

3. Exceptions
For non-standard and/or custom-made products, no exchange, return or refund requests will be accepted. Since these products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements, we cannot accept returns for customization reasons.
– Customer Responsibilities:
o It is the customer’s responsibility to verify dimensions and specifications when creating shop drawings.
o We strongly advise to carefully check all information before finalizing the order.
