What is the difference between a Foot Grille System and an entrance mat?
A foot grille system consists of three components: the grille, the frame, and the debris pan. Its installation requires a recessed area in the floor to accommodate the system. Foot grille systems also offer a wider variety of models compared to entrance mats.
An entrance mat, on the other hand, can simply be placed on the floor or installed in a shallow recess (1/2″), making it more flexible for different applications. Entrance mats are also easier to clean and maintain and can withstand heavier foot traffic than Foot Grille Systems.

How does shipping work?
By default, shipping is not included with our orders, as we do not operate our own transportation service. However, to provide a turnkey solution, shipping can easily be added to your project. Simply request a shipping quote from your representative, who will be happy to provide an estimate. We work closely with trusted transportation partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Do you ship projects outside Quebec?
Yes! Every week, products leave our Blainville facility and are shipped throughout Canada and around the world.

How should entrance grilles be maintained?
We recommend cleaning your entrance grilles two to three times per week during the winter and fall seasons, and once per week during the rest of the year. We have a comprehensive maintenance guide that outlines all cleaning and care procedures—simply contact us to request a copy. For added convenience, we also offer professional cleaning and maintenance services.
