1. ORGANIZER

The contest is held by Grillage Bolar Canada Inc.

2. DURATION

The contest takes place during the following period:
Start date: February 19, 2025
End date: February 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM

3. ELIGIBILITY

To enter the contest, fill out the form.

The winner must be able to leave with the hatch on February 21 at the end of the show. Transportation will be at the winner’s expense.

4. PARTICIPATION / NO PURCHASE REQUIRED

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. 

To enter, fill out all the required fields in the contest form. 

Only one entry per company is allowed.

5. PRIZE

Only one (1) prize will be drawn.

The prize consists of:

• An aluminum roof access hatch, Model A.
• Size: 36″ x 36″.
• Approximate value: $850.00 USD.

Warranty: No warranty from the supplier of the prize applies. The Organizer holds no responsibility for the prize once awarded. The prize is subject to the prize supplier’s terms of use.

6. DRAW

Draw date: February 21, 2025
Draw time: 11:00 AM

Address: The winner will be randomly selected at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, TX, as part of the International Roofing Expo. 900 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205, United States.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner will be contacted by phone or email on February 21, 2025, around 11:30 AM and must be able to collect the prize between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM.

Any selected participant who cannot be reached following appropriate and reasonable efforts by the Organizer during this period will be disqualified, and a new draw will be conducted to award the prize.

In the event a participant is contacted by email, they must respond by following the instructions provided. If the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the participant will be disqualified, and a new draw will be conducted.
